Dr Stephen Whiteson BMedSci BMBS
Dr Stephen Whiteson qualified at Nottingham University Medical School, following which he had 6 years' post-graduate clinical experience in Hospitals in the UK and abroad. He has been following the medical developments in hair loss for the last 16 years and has also had 5 years' experience of teaching Health Education, including hair loss, to help people improve their quality of life.
In 1998, Dr Whiteson collaborated with Dr Hugh Rushton on a hair loss research project, which was published in Clinical and Experimental Dermatology2.
Dr Whiteson says " I started losing my hair when I was 23. Since then, I have had a deep and abiding interest in hair loss. I benefited from the advances in hair loss treatment myself. I now want to use my experience and knowledge to treat people, and help them with this distressing condition
